constant calls for someone not living here and its a robot calling!!! refuse to call them

I have filed a no call status for telemarketers and this phone # keeps calling me daily. Attempts to have them stop calling me has failed.

I just left a hefty note for all to review and all of a sudden it was GONE after I said that I was keeping records and voicemails left for Alema who has never received my permission to give out my cell number. I do not know how she got it in the first place. Anyway, Global Credit Collection needs to know that I am keeping track of each call and dates as well as my message left on the above number "NOT TO CALL" looking for someone who has never lived with me nor received my permission to use or give out my cell number. Global continue to call me and I will file Harassment Charges against you and Mr. Moses. I followed Mr. Moses vocal instructions in his message to let him know that Alema does not have access to my cell phone and has never received my permission to give out my number which I did not know she had in the first place.

I believe this is a scam! They want your credit or debit card numbers and claim to be a company called "Identity Theft Protection Plus".

Getting 4-6 calls a day, and will only ring a few times. Someone must know something. Called the no call list and haven`t heard anything either.

Keeps calling even if I answer and not letting them talk and say I'm not interested in what you are selling.

Claims they work for Verizon and leave a number for another person as the code to access a message claiming there has been a change to your service. It says I'm sorry you are having trouble entering your number and hangs up. You try to tell them that this is not who they are looking for and you are put on hold for 2 1/2 minutes before they hang up.

cant they just send u a leter, its aginst the law to call some one all day long, who can sue these pepole,
