FRAUD-CAUTION caller introduced self Alex from RBC FRAUD DEPT. NOTE: MY HUSBANDS INTERACT CARD WAS STOLEN 1 WEEK BEFORE THIS CALL CAME THROUGH SO HE WAS AWAITING HIS NEW CARD BY MAIL. WHEN THIS NUMBER CALLED MY HUSBAND ASSUMED IT WAS LIGIT AND SINCE A WEEK HAD GONE BY AND STILL NO CARD BY MAIL HE INSTANTLY THOUGHT THAT RBC WAS FOLLOWING THROUGH ABOUT HIS CARD. AND SO HE ANSWERED THEIR QUESTIONS!!!!! FYI: actual card was stolen in Montreal but fraudulent transactions were done from Ottawa. We have reason to believe this was an inside job between RBC employee and scammer. SCAMMED MY HUSBAND OVER 5000$. We reported this to proper authorities.

claiming to be ROYAL BANK asking for my age and birthday....which they have already ...be careful folks....i wish someone could lock up these creeps and cane them good
