got a text from this number that claimed to know me and referred to me with an insulting nick name

This number has been calling my husbands phone....They are trying to sell GE Security systems. Will not take NO for an answer.

It's not unusual for telemarketing companies to purchase your personal info. from mostly good companies, and pursue trying to give and\or sell you something that would cost a lot over the long term....this telemarketing company could be real, but, is so aggressive with several calls every day....they seemed ok when they called....but, there is normally a catch when they pursue connection with you, and was not originally requested by you...be aware of companies selling your personal info. to others...this company had our personal info. prior to calling. We are very careful when communicating over the phone, especially with those we do not previously know of. Again, this number and company could be real, but, when I need a product I research for it myself, first...I didn't ask them to call. Hopefully they will get the hint and not call as they are doing.

Very rude. Kept interrupting me when I was trying to get a clear understanding. I was not able to complete one sentence. The person hung up on me. When I called back the person would just hang up. I gave up after 4 tries.

Very rude, did not answer any questions, continually interrupting me for every question. The person name was Denis. Hung up on me. When I called back to get more information the person hung up on me 4 times.

This number is calling and harrassing me everyday with several numbers with last four changing about two numbers. The last four numbers are 3670, 3669, 3667, 3661, 3659, 3670, 3662 and even more when you tell the calling you don't know the person they are talking about they continue to talk and try to force you to purchase a home alarm by a so called company name Safe Guard America. By mean Federal Law Enforcement if the calls don't stop I will do my best to have that whole telemarketing broken down.
