Caller wants to reduce my credit expense. Wrongooooooo I'm a credit manager and NEVER carry an outstanding balance on any account. Pressed 1 to speak to 'live agent'. Asked were they were located - BC - asked if he knew anything about the laws in Ontario - Response F Off then he hung up.
