(785) 224 in Topeka, KS

Left VM all they said was hello, hello. Can't call the number back.

I never answer my phone if the number isn't in my contacts and this was a number that called and was ignored. The caller never left a message so not sure what kind of call it was.

Received text from this number impersonating Santander Bank, stating suspicious activity on my bank account and providing a link to confirm if I made the transactions.

I just need to know who keeps calling!
