They called but someone else answered my call and didn't take a name of who was calling

Harassment. Someone called and then texted from this phone number making implied threats.

I've been getting calls from this number and when I call back. It does a few things. It'll ring once and then it'll put me on hold with music playing. While other times it'll just say the caller cannot accept or receive calls at the moment. Anyhow, After a few seconds of calling the number. I will get a text with odd numbers. Stating that my Medicare meds need to be updated or else I would need to pay the penalty charges. This is odd because I'm not even old enough nor do I have or need Medicare.

We think It's a Shih-tzu puppy Scam showing pictures of Beautiful pups. They wanted to sell me a pup.
